Meet the Nursing Dean
Welcome to the University of Indianapolis School of Nursing Website.
The School of Nursing at Uindy offers a variety of educational programs designed to meet the need in Indiana for advanced practice nurses as well as nurses who will be new to the profession. . We offer ASN and BSN programs to prepare new nurses; we offer an RN to BSN program to assist ASN nurses to earn their BSN, and we offer six masters programs to prepare nurses to move into advance practice nursing roles.
The UIndy School of Nursing is well known for its quality educational programs and the success of its graduates. Our ASN and BSN
graduates are in high demand throughout the State of Indiana and beyond. Our graduate programs prepare students to assume
leadership roles in nursing in the areas of Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse-Midwifery, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Nursing
and Health Systems Administration, and Nurse Educator. We also offer a dual degree program in Nursing Administration and Business
— the
graduates earn both an MBA and an MSN. Of special interest is that the University of Indianapolis School of Nursing provides the only nurse-midwifery program in the State of Indiana.
We are continuing to respond to requests from our community of interest by investigating the feasibility of new educational programs that will meet the need for nurses in Indiana, and will meet Indiana nurses' educational needs as they seek to advance their education.
